DIC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a B2B Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our chemical distribution company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential new customers in the industrial manufacturing industry
- Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce our company and services
- Set up meetings and appointments with potential clients to discuss their needs and how DIC can meet them
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead-generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients using our CRM system
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Attend industry events and trade shows as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the chemical trading industry
- Excellent English and Thai communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
