Vitamin Premix Components

Feed and food grade vitamins — the fat-soluble and B-complex actives that go into a fortified premix.

A vitamin premix concentrates the fat-soluble and B-complex vitamins a ration needs into a small, evenly distributed inclusion.

The formulation question is rarely which vitamins, it is which forms — because potency at the point of feeding, not potency at the point of purchase, is what the specification has to guarantee.

What we supply

The full B-complex individually or as Premix Vitamin B, plus Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin E 50% CWS, Vitamin K3, D-Biotin and Folic Acid.

Fat-soluble vitamins D3, E and K3 are supplied in stabilised or adsorbed forms so they survive premix conditions. Vitamin E as 50% CWS is cold-water soluble, which matters wherever the premix meets an aqueous phase.
The B-complex Thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinamide, pyridoxine and cyanocobalamin, available individually or as a ready B-complex premix where a formulator would rather buy the blend than build it.
Stability is the spec Vitamin actives lose potency to heat, moisture and trace-metal contact. Overage, carrier choice and storage conditions are the practical levers — which is what the technical conversation is usually about.
