Amino Acid Fortification

Limiting amino acids supplied as feed-grade actives — so a least-cost ration hits its protein target without over-formulating crude protein.

Amino acids are supplemented into feed as purified actives so a ration meets its amino acid requirement without carrying excess crude protein.

Protein in a ration is only as useful as its least-available essential amino acid. Adding that amino acid directly lets a formulator lower total protein, hold performance and reduce nitrogen excretion — the basis of low-protein feeding.

What we supply

DL-Methionine, L-Lysine HCl, L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine and Glycine, in feed grade.

The limiting-amino-acid principle A ration is capped by whichever essential amino acid runs short first. Supplementing that one directly is cheaper than raising crude protein across the whole formula, and it cuts the nitrogen that would otherwise be excreted.
Methionine and lysine first DL-Methionine is typically first-limiting in poultry, lysine in swine. Both are supplied as crystalline feed-grade actives that survive standard mixing and pelleting.
Then threonine and tryptophan Once methionine and lysine are covered, threonine and tryptophan set the next ceiling — which is why low-protein rations depend on all four being available from one supplier.
